Cole laughs. "Water and I don't actually get along very well," he admits. He'd had to learn how to ramp his own electricity down, just to shower. And even then, he still gets this weird sort of sparky feeling all over his body. "But— I stay safe, I promise." He's not dehydrated, he doesn't think, anyway, and that's what matters.

He flags down someone to take their orders, and lets Nikita order her own drinks but asks for it to be put on his bill.
